Delete from the app

If you can sign in, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. This is the fastest way to permanently remove your account and the data that is not required to be retained by law.

Request deletion if you cannot sign in

Send a request from the email address associated with your account. Include the email address used for the account and the words “Account deletion request” in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is from the account owner before deletion is completed.

Children’s accounts

A parent or guardian may request deletion of a child’s account using the same email link. Please include the child’s account email address and the parent or guardian email address used for approval.

What deletion does

Deletion removes the account from our active systems and removes associated data unless we must retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal, or recordkeeping reasons. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
